About Mayuri Ray

Mayuri received training in Hindustani classical at Gandharva Maha Vidyalaya, Delhi during her childhood and later from various other Gurus.

Now a resident of Dallas area, Mayuri has performed at many concerts across North America, engaging her audience with popular songs from Bollywood. Mayuri has shared the platform with Indian playback singers from Bollywood like Abhijit, Usha Urhup, Bappi Lahiri, Shurjo Bhattacharya, Kavita Ji and Asha Ji.

She continues to be trained by playback singer from Mumbai, Shurjo Bhattacharya.

Over the years, she has performed at North American Bengali Conference (NABC) and at a number of fund raising concerts organized by Shankara Eye Foundation, Association of India's Development, Hindu Temple of Phoenix AZ, amongst others.
